Marta fala sobre como se sente defendendo a seleção brasileira feminina na Copa América: “Aqui ninguém corre pela Marta, todas correm por todas”

A seleção brasileira feminina vem se preparando para a disputa da Copa América Feminina 2025, que começa na próxima sexta-feira (11). Com um forte elenco, as brasileiras entram como as favoritas ao título, mas tendo outras seleções como favoritas.

Então, o treinador Arthur Elias optou por levar uma seleção que faz uma mistura de jogadoras experientes e jovens. Entre as jovens temos Kerolin, atacante do Manchester City e Jhonson, atleta do Corinthians. Mas, quando olhamos as jogadoras experientes, temos a rainha Marta, que segue sendo uma das principais atletas do esporte mundial.

Marta fala sobre a disputa da Copa América Feminina

Em entrevista a Conmebol, Marta falou sobre como se sente para a disputa da próxima Copa América Feminina. Assim, a jogadora destacou que ninguém corre só por ela, mas por todas e que as atletas estão concentradas para trazer o título.

“É como se elas me puxassem junto, tenho que estar concentrada, sabendo que, não importa a idade, você tem que mostrar serviço, uma coisa que é muito diferente do futebol masculino, na minha opinião. Aqui ninguém corre pela Marta, todas correm por todas. Acho isso muito legal porque me impõe esse desafio, que é mental e também físico”, disse a jogadora.

Marta também falou sobre se essa vai ser a sua última participação em Copa América, tendo comentado que está focada nesta edição no momento. Assim, disse que quer aproveitar o máximo possível essa edição da competição, de preferência trazendo o título.

“Se for minha última Copa América, é ainda mais importante que eu mantenha o foco, no trabalho, aproveitar cada treinamento, cada momento com as atletas, com a comissão técnica. Agora, como vou estar na próxima edição, aí já não sei, mas prefiro focar no agora, aproveitar ao máximo possível essa competição, espero que levantando mais um título”, finalizou a rainha Marta

Estreia na Copa América Feminina

O Brasil está no grupo B da Copa América Feminina, tendo como rivais as seleções da Bolívia, Colômbia, Paraguai e Venezuela. Sendo assim, na estreia as brasileiras enfrentam as venezuelanas no domingo (13), às 21h (horário de Brasília).
