Canelo Alvarez sends message to migrants who fear deportation with Donald Trump

One of the most beloved and popular Mexicans is Saul “Canelo” Alvarez and he has a great platform for his audience not only in Mexico, but also in the United States, so he did not hesitate to send support to migrants.

Let us remember that migrants in the United States are currently going through a difficult time since the administration of Donald Trump began last April.

This is a lack of respect! The visit from president Zelenski to the White House ended in discussion

Faced with this, the boxer decided to give advice to Mexican fans living in the North American country who are at risk of being deported because they do not have the required documentation.

The advice Canelo Alvarez shares for Mexican migrants

The world champion offered a few words in an interview for the channel Mayan Tiger Sports Journalist. “I think that fear is what consumes you, fear is what consumes your head, not to do, what if it can happen or it can not happen.”

“In the end, I think everyone came here to improve, to have a better life, to get ahead. I personally think they should analyze whether it is worth being here being afraid, not going out, being fugitives from the law, if it is worth staying here or going to their country,” he added.

Canelo Alvarez asks to weigh the issue of migration

After the start of this second term of Trump, he signed an executive order in which he reinforces the country’s immigration policy, where greater sanctions are imposed. So the boxer said the following

“Everywhere, when you work, when you motivate yourself, when you go out to work, you go out to do things, you can do it anywhere. More than anything else, you have to weigh up ‘what am I doing here, I’m doing this, it’s getting me ahead, I’m doing well here, there’. Look at the balance, know if I’m going to go over there or it’s close to my family, put it in a balance.”

He also gave the following advice: “But everything in life, the first thing you have to do is to be at peace, to be calm, wherever you are there is nothing like having peace of mind. And I think if I can advise you anything is that wherever you are, but be calm, have peace to be able to see things clearly.”

Why Jon Jones, Dana White and UFC deserve equal blame for the failed Tom Aspinall fight and ensuing retirement

If there has been one thing consistent about Jon Jones' largely inactive run as the second-longest reigning heavyweight champion in UFC history, it's that the G.O.A.T. in mixed martial arts has wanted nothing to do with fighting interim titleholder Tom Aspinall. It only took until today, some 840 days after Jones first became a two-division champion by defeating Cyril Gane for the vacant heavyweight title, for UFC president/CEO Dana White to publicly believe him. In one of the most disappointing moments in UFC's illustrious history of forcing its best fighters to fight one another due to the promotion's monopolistic control of the industry, White announced Saturday that the 37-year-old Jones has informed him of his decision to retire despite record money on the table for a unification fight against Aspinall that was more than two years in the making. Jon Jones retires: […]

Rangers place 1B Jake Burger (oblique) on 10-day injured list

In a corresponding move, the Rangers recalled rookie first baseman Justin Foscue from Triple-A Round Rock. Burger, 29, felt tightness on his left side on a swinging strikeout in the seventh inning of the Rangers' 6-2 win in Pittsburgh on Friday night. "I was hopeful going into the scan that it was just some sort of cramp kind of thing," Burger said Saturday. "I think, for me, I've dealt with this in the past, and it's been pretty quick. My […]
