Die Füchse Berlin rauschen weiter durch die Daikin Handball-Bundesliga. Vor 9000 Fans (ausverkauft) gewinnt der Vize-Meister auch gegen den HSV Hamburg 40:35 (19:15) und erobert die Tabellenspitze von Hannover-Burgdorf zurück.
Auch eine sehr kuriose Anfangsphase und die knallharte Bestrafungslinie der Schiris (insgesamt 13 Zwei-Minuten-Strafen) können die Berliner nicht stoppen.
Ab durch die Mitte!: Irrer Raketen-Pass von Knorr
Das Spiel beginnt vogelwild und leider steht das Schiedsrichter-Gespann Christian und Fabian vom Dorff mehr im Fokus als die Spieler beider Mannschaften. Die verteilen in der ersten Halbzeit auf beiden Seiten Zwei-Minuten-Strafen wie Bonbons. Insgesamt acht in den ersten 20 Minuten.
Kurios: In der 11. Minute (es steht 8:6) haben die beiden Schiris ihre Linie so weit auf die Spitze getrieben, dass nur noch drei Füchse auf dem Parkett stehen und beide Berliner Kreisläufer, Max Darj (33) und Mijajlo Marsenic (32), schon mit 2x 2 Minuten draußen sitzen.

Dyn-Kommentator Florian Schmidt-Sommerfeld (35) rastet am Mikro richtig aus: „Das habe ich in der Bundesliga noch nie gesehen. Das habe ich überhaupt erst einmal gesehen bei der Handball-Nationalmannschaft der Frauen vor 20 Jahren. Also hier waren eine Menge zwei Minuten dabei, die man hätte nicht geben müssen.“

Mit ihrer übertriebenen Bestrafungs-Arie schaden die Schiris dem HSV Hamburg mehr, denn die Füchse sind jetzt richtig angezündet. Vor allem der frisch gebackene alte und neue Welthandballer Mathias Gidsel (26). Der Däne, bis dahin zwei Tore, legt mit vollem Einsatz und jeder Menge Wut im Bauch bis zur Halbzeit noch fünf Treffer nach. Insgesamt ist er mit 11 Treffern wieder bester Füchse-Werfer.
Mathias Gidsel (26) schmunzelt und bestätigt: „Die Linie der Schiris war schwierig, aber so lange es für beide Mannschaften so ist, ist es kein Problem. Die ganze Mannschaft hat gefühlt, das war ein bisschen unfair, wir waren teilweise nur zu dritt auf der Platte, da konnten wir ein wenig extra Energie gebrauchen. Wer noch nicht bei einhundert Prozent war, nach den 2-Minuten-Strafen waren wir alle da.“
Die Füchse sind im Meister-Modus, denn egal, was auf dem Parkett passiert, sie finden eine Lösung. Denn im Tor wächst ein Jungstar über sich hinaus. U21-Weltmeister Lasse Ludwig (22) hält überragend (insgesamt 15 Paraden, Saisonbestwert). Da können es sich die Berliner auch leisten, dass Lasse Andersson (13 Tore gegen Kielce) erst in der 33. Minute zum ersten Mal trifft. Und auch der Verlust von Mijajlo Marsenic, kassiert gleich eine Minute nach der Halbzeit seine dritte Zwei-Minuten-Strafe und damit Rot, wird von Matthes Langhoff (feiert auf dem Parkett seinen 22. Geburtstag) hervorragend kompensiert.
[–>Bewundernswert ist der Kampf der Hamburger. Unglaublich, 60 Minuten lang spielt der dezimierte Kader mit dem gleichen Rückraum durch: Jacob Lassen, Moritz Sauter und Leif Tissier zeigen eine tolle Leistung. Die Füchse sind schon auf 8 Tore weg (32:24/46.), doch immer wieder kommt Hamburg heran (35:32/54.). Dyn-Experte und Leipzigs-Sportdirektor Bastian Roscheck (34): „Sauter pumpt schon auf den letzten Löchern, ich bin gespannt, wie der HSV das übersteht.“
