El Betis no alegará por la amarilla a Isco y no jugará frente al Barça

Después de analizar las imágenes de la acción por la que fue amonestado, el acta del partido y de realizar las oportunas comunicaciones internas con el cuerpo técnico y los servicios médicos para conocer el estado físico del futbolista, el Betis ha decidido no presentar alegaciones por la tarjeta amarilla que vio Isco el pasado domingo en el derbi y por la que cumple ciclo.

El malagueño recibió la cartulina en una jugada en la segunda parte en la que, como él mismo dijo tras el partido, estaba seguro de que tocaba balón. El colegiado, Busquets Ferrer, en palabras de Isco, le dijo “te lo has llevado todo puesto”, en referencia a que además de tocar la pelota, había derribado a un rival. Pero el Betis ha decidido no presentar ningún escrito al Comité de Disciplina de la Real Federación Española de Fútbol y que el de Arroyo de la Miel cumpla el fin de semana el correspondiente partido de suspensión.

Isco salió tocado del derbi. Lo jugó con molestias por un edema en la zona de la placa del peroné del que fue operado el pasado año. Hoy no se ha ejercitado con el grupo y sería en cualquier caso duda para la visita a Montjuïc del sábado. Así que el Betis ha decidido dejar pasar la opción de alegar, donde tampoco había garantías de éxito, y que el futbolista se recupere tranquilamente estos días con la vista puesta en la Conference de la próxima semana y el partido de Liga ante el Villarreal

Oportunidad para Lo Celso y Carvalho

Isco no estará por tanto frente al Barcelona el fin de semana, una oportunidad de oro para futbolista como Giovani Lo Celso y William Carvalho de regresar al once titular en un partido de alto nivel en el que el Betis buscará el más difícil todavía: firmar la mejor racha de victorias consecutivas en LaLiga de su historia imponiéndose a domicilio al líder de la competición.
