Felipe Melo está bastante esperançoso com o futuro do atacante Erick Pulga. Artilheiro do Ceará no Brasileirão Série B de 2024, ele foi contratado este ano pelo Grupo City por três milhões de dólares (R$ 18,8 milhões) e já é alvo de clubes do exterior.
No empate entre Bahia e Internacional, pela Libertadores, o camisa 16 foi um dos grandes destaques e essencial no gol marcado por Jean Lucas.
“Parabéns ao Bahia por essa contratação do Erick Pulga. Eu até vi que recusaram uma proposta por ele nestes últimos dias. Esse menino tem um futuro brilhante pela frente, ainda não é craque, mas pode vir a ser”, analisou Felipe Melo.
Segundo informações do jornalista Marinho Junior, o Bahia recusou na semana passada uma oferta de 8,5 milhões de euros (R$ 51 milhões) de um clube árabe pelo atacante de apenas 24 anos.
Nesta temporada, Pulga, titular absoluto de Rogério Ceni, tem sido um dos destaques do time, sendo o jogador com maior número de participações em gols do Bahia, com seis assistências e cinco bolas na rede.

Contratação aprovada por Ceni, Pulga tem dado conta do recado e agradado o treinador do Tricolor. Em sua avaliação, o jovem possui qualidades técnicas acima do esperado e imagina que o mesmo será muito útil ao time ao longo de 2025.
“É um menino bom de trabalho e em quem a gente acredita. Tem uma boa finalização, um jogo combinado muito melhor, até vendo no campo, de passes, que é até mais interessante do que eu achava. É um jogador que vai ser útil para isso”, frisou Ceni.
Bahia muda contra o Santos
O Bahia enfrenta o Santos no próximo domingo (6), às 20h30 (de Brasília), no estádio da Vila Belmiro, pela segunda rodada do Brasileirão. Expulso na partida com o Corinthians, Everton Ribeiro é desfalque certo.
Além dele, outra baixa será o zagueiro Gabriel Xavier. Ceni, inclusive, lamentou a lesão do defensor.
“Gabriel sofreu lesão na panturrilha e deve ficar fora as próximas quatro semanas.” Uma pena, principalmente para jogo fora de casa”, resumiu Rogério Ceni.
