The Marvel universe continues to grow by leaps and bounds. The new film ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ opens up a range of possibilities for the hiring of new and old actors who have at some point in the timeline belonged to the MCU. This has happened with the X-Men or the Fantastic Four. The possibility is more than open for, for example, Spider-Man.
There are three actors who have played the role of the arachnid man on the big screen: Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield and Tom Holland. Curiously, they all donned the suit for the last time at the same event, ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’. The only one who has his future as Peter Parker resolved is Holland, but Garfield wants to play the character again in the future.

Andrew Garfield’s only condition to return as Spider-Man
“I’m going to tell the truth, although I understand that you don’t believe me. The truth is that I don’t know if I’ll ever act as Spider-Man again. I would love to play the character again in some way, but I think it would have to be very strange,” he replied when asked about his future at the Abu Dhabi Comic Con.
The future is not written, but if it were, Andrew Garfield would be clear about the circumstances under which he would return to be Peter Parker on the big screen. “I think I’d like to do something very strange, I’d like to do something very unique, and out of the ordinary and surprising,” he said as a condition for a possible return at the hands of Marvel.
It should be remembered that Andrew Garfield’s name was not among all the chairs that Marvel promoted from the casting of ‘Avengers: Doomsday’. In any case, other important names were missing, so many fans of the actor are still hoping that Spider-Man will be ‘amazing’ again. We will have to wait until next year to confirm it
