Her rise to fame didn’t come in the way that her current self would have been proud of, but Kim Kardashian has done an incredible job repairing her image and reinventing herself since those early days. In recent years, she has made it a point to help many in need, particularly those who have been imprisoned.
It hasn’t been easy for Kardashian to focus on that type of philanthropy, though. She still has businesses to look after, and now she has to deal with an incessant Kanye West. West’s recent outbursts have put him back on her radar, with their children a contentious topic. Kardashian has done her best to avoid West, but that’s not always possible. While West continues making bold claims, Kardashian has imprisoned celebrities on her mind.

The Menendez Brothers could go free with the backing of Kim Kardashian
New details have emerged regarding the Menendez Brothers‘ case. Erik and Lyle have been in prison since they killed their parents in 1989. Kardashian has voiced her support for the brothers in the past, and it seems freedom is on the table now. According to a juror who spoke to TMZ, they could get released.
The juror, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, tells TMZ … freedom is certainly a possibility for the brothers… And they have the backing of Kim K, who the juror believes doesn’t really care about other, lesser-known inmates … despite the fact that Kim has shown support in the past for non-famous criminals. Kim argues the trial and sentencing “were more befitting a serial killer than two individuals who endured years of sexual abuse by the very people they loved and trusted.”
Kardashian has been seen helping non-famous inmates in the past, either through her show or on social media. But helping to free the Menendez Brothers would serve a dual purpose: get justice for two people she believes should be free and give her a PR boost by doing so.
