Bia Haddad parou na terceira rodada do Masters 1000 de Madri de tênis ao perder para a suíça Belinda Bencic por 2 sets a 1, parciais de 3/6, 6/4 e 6/7 em mais de 3h03 de confronto neste sábado (26).

Na parcial inicial, o jogo veio parelho até o 3/3. No sétimo game, Bencic conseguiu a quebra repetindo o feito no nono ponto. Com isso, a suíça levou o primeiro set. Em termos de estatísticas, Belinda Bencic ganhou 90% dos pontos no primeiro serviço.

Bia começou quebrando o saque da adversária no começo do segundo set. Um novo break a favor da brasileira aconteceu em 3/0. No game seguinte, Bencic devolveu uma das quebras para diminuir a vantagem em 3/1. Haddad Maia conseguiu uma nova quebra para obter um 5/2 importante. Mas a brasileira perdeu outro game de serviço e a suíça fez 5/3. Já no décimo game, Bia Haddad segurou a vantagem e empatou o confronto em 1 a 1. Os números apontaram um aproveitamento de 56,3% no pontos ganhos no primeiro serviço.

O cenário de quebra se repetiu para Bia no inicio do set desempate, assim como, no terceiro game ela conseguiu um novo break e abriu novo 3/0. Bencic, novamente, recupera uma das quebras em 3/1. Em seguida, a brasileira, top 20, do ranking obteve nova quebra para estabelecer 4/1 no marcador. A partir daí, a adversária se aproveitou de uma instabilidade para empatar o terceiro set em 4/4. O set foi para o tiebreak onde a suíça jogou mais sólida e levou em 7/2.
