Chris Hemsworth has become one of the most beloved actors by fans of the Marvel Universe by playing the charismatic Thor. Of course, pulling off his role as the God of Thunder requires a lot of preparation and Chris is already taking care of it.
The Australian actor is known to follow a demanding diet and exercise plan and, ahead of the upcoming “Avengers: Secret Wars” installment, Chris has shown how he’ll get to in his most recent Instagram post.
Taking to his official account, Hemsworth shared two videos in which he is seen training boxing at high intensity in his backyard wearing nothing but a pair of black shorts and gold sneakers. “A little Avengers pre game warm up, coming in hot,” he wrote.

In the post, his followers were quick to highlight the 41-year-old actor’s incredible physical appearance and speculated about his return for the next installment of Avengers. Although Chris has not officially confirmed it, but his words suggest that Thor will return to the big screen.
Between gifs with movie clips, emojis and phrases like “Can’t wait for that reunion with Loki”, “Marvel is nothing without Thor”, “Wouldn’t want to be that bag right now” that some of the users wrote, the post already has more than 970 thousand reactions.
In the post he tagged “Centr” the fitness app he co-founded in 2019 that offers training and nutrition programs inspired by his own routines.
Chris and his changing habits
Since discovering that he is more porpenso to get Alzheimer’s, the actor has changed and acquired several habits in his life. “It was a good nudge and a reminder to do everything I can to have the best chance of success. Everything I do for my brain health benefits the rest of my body,” he said during the National Geographic documentary series Limitless with Chris Hemsworth.
His routine varies depending on the characters he plays, but he seeks to gain more endurance over muscle, so his workouts tend to prioritize cardio and endurance.
As for his diet, Chris assured that he has decreased his consumption of animal protein, but has not eliminated it from his intake. He has increased his consumption of fruits, vegetables and legumes, and some time ago he said goodbye to processed foods and refined sugars.
