Nerozumím tomu. Jasně, nikdy jsem nebyl členem kolektivního celku v elitních soutěžích, nicméně z čistě profesního hlediska nevidím důvod, proč by mužský tým nemohla koučovat dáma.
Po světě najdeme pár výjimek, ale je jich pomálu. Ve druhé francouzské lize vedly v roce 2014 coby hlavní trenérky fotbalový Clermont Foot nejprve Helena Costaová a po ní Corinne Diacreová, která u mužského týmu vydržela tři roky. Ale tím tak nějak končíme, aspoň tedy v Evropě.
Za oceánem najdeme úspěšné koučky v mužském sportu častěji, ale především jako asistentky. Jenny Boucková u basketbalistů Indiana Pacers, Jessica Campbellová zase cepuje hokejisty Seattle Kraken. A když byla členem trenérského týmu německé reprezentace během MS 2022, psalo se o ní, ovšem primárně z mimosportovních důvodů. Komentoval se její vzhled, poprask vzbudila reportérka slovenské RTVS dotazem, jestli jsou pro ni někteří hokejisté z týmu atraktivnější než jiní.

Což hodně vypovídá i o společnosti. Máme trenérku, tak budeme řešit, jestli náhodou nespí s půlkou kádru. Máme rozhodčí, tak ji raději pošleme k plotně, protože tam přece patří. No není to zvrácené?
Ovšem aspoň v případě sudích se už situace zlepšuje, ženy se prosazují napříč sporty i na nejvyšší úrovni. U trenérských postů je ale na čem pracovat. Samozřejmě rozumím, že i kdyby se libovolná cisžena sebevíc snažila, z fyziologických důvodů se herně na úroveň Cristiana Ronalda nedostane, to je prostě fakt. Nicméně nedostatek kouček je pro mě záhadou.
„Vedení týmů (v ženském sportu) už začala věřit, že i ženy mohou být dobrými trenérkami,“ pokračovala Hejková v onom rozhovoru v pořadu Ženské podání. Bylo by fajn, kdyby i představitelé mužských celků takovou odvahu v sobě objevili.
Nevolám po žádných kvótách, neblázněte. Ale pokud někdo sport hraje a rozumí mu, nevidím důvod, proč by nemohl trénovat coby žena mužský celek, když naopak to funguje naprosto běžně.
Jen by bylo potřeba z pohledu šéfů i hráčů potlačit v sobě ego, soustředit se na čistě profesionální věci, všechny hloupé vtípky o plotnách zakopat pod zem a uvědomit si, že rozlišovat mezi gendery je v dnešní době na podobných pozicích jednoduše nesmyslné.
