Dudu, ex-jogador do Cruzeiro (Gustavo Aleixo / Cruzeiro)
Nesta sexta-feira (2), o Cruzeiro anunciou a rescisão do contrato com Dudu. A informação foi divulgada pelo clube em nota oficial, informando que houve um acordo entre a equipe e o atacante para o fim imediato do seu vínculo.
A multa rescisória inicial era de R$ 60 milhões. Dudu chegou a pedir R$ 28 milhões para rescindir o contrato, mas esse valor foi rejeitado pela SAF que comanda o time mineiro.
Depois de dias de negociação, as duas partes chegaram a um acordo para o pagamento de R$ 12 milhões ao atleta.
Dudu encerra sua segunda passagem pelo clube após 16 jogos disputados, entre Campeonato Mineiro, Copa Sul-Americana e Série A do Brasileirão, com apenas dois gols marcados.
Economia da Raposa
A rescisão representará um alivio na folha salarial cruzeirense. Isso porque Dudu tinha um salário de R$ 1,6 milhão. Dessa forma, considerando só salários, o jogador iria receber um total de R$ 62,4 milhões ao fim do contrato. Além disso, o acordo contemplava luvas e outros bônus por metas atingidas.

Polêmicas no retorno ao Cruzeiro
Dudu teve um retorno conturbado ao clube. Em junho de 2024, insatisfeito com a falta de espaço, o jogador chegou a ter um acordo para deixar o Palmeiras, mas as conversas não tiveram um final feliz, com o atleta inclusive sendo reintegrado ao elenco alviverde.
Porém no fim do último ano, ele conseguiu rescindir seu contrato para assinar como um dos principais reforços da equipe para a temporada. Mas o atacante não conseguiu se firmar, chegando inclusive a reclamar publicamente de estar no banco de reservas, criticando o técnico Leonardo Jardim.
O clube optou por tirar o atleta da lista de convocados para enfrentar o Vasco no último fim de semana pelo Brasileirão e posteriormente afastado dos treinos.
Para evitar problemas legais, o Cruzeiro reintegrou o jogador para participar dos treinamentos, mas já trabalhando para encerrar seu vínculo em comum acordo.
Futuro de Dudu
Segundo apurações da imprensa mineira, o Atlético-MG tem interesse em em sua contratação. Inclusive André Cury, representante do jogador, teve uma reunião com Paulo Bracks, CSO do Galo na última terça-feira (29). Esse encontro foi confirmado pela Itatiaia pelo dirigente, mas sem revelar o que foi discutido.
Além do Atlético-MG, os rumores são de que Botafogo, Fluminense e Grêmio também têm interesse no acerto com o Dudu.
