O Vasco anunciou, na manhã desta terça-feira, que protocolou o plano de recuperação judicial, ontem, em um movimento que busca restabelecer a saúde financeira do clube. Esta etapa representa o momento em que o diagnóstico dá lugar ao plano, que apresenta as propostas e medidas fundamentais para o cumprimento das obrigações do clube e da SAF.
Ainda de acordo com o Vasco, inicia-se, agora, a fase de análise por parte do Poder Judiciário e dos credores, conforme estabelece a legislação. Após a distribuição do plano, os credores serão convocados pela Justiça para deliberar sobre sua aprovação em Assembleia Geral, em uma data ainda a ser marcada.
Em fevereiro deste ano, o Vasco ingressou na 4ª Vara Empresarial, do Tribunal de Justiça do Rio de Janeiro (TJ-RJ), com um pedido de recuperação judicial do clube e da SAF. O movimento faz parte do processo de reestruturação, iniciado em junho do ano passado.
O clube já planejava esse movimento desde setembro e garantiu que “os investimentos no futebol continuarão, assim como o pagamento em dia dos salários e demais obrigações”. Segundo a direção, a recuperação judicial também visa garantir maior segurança jurídica para criar um cenário de previsibilidade e estabilidade financeira, favorecendo a atração de novos investidores.

“Nesta segunda-feira (05), o CLUB DE REGATAS VASCO DA GAMA e a VASCO SAF protocolaram o Plano de Recuperação Judicial — um marco importante no processo de reestruturação financeira que vem sendo conduzido com responsabilidade e transparência.
Esta etapa representa o momento em que o diagnóstico dá lugar ao plano, que apresenta as propostas e medidas fundamentais para o cumprimento das obrigações do Club de Regatas Vasco da Gama e da Vasco SAF, além de estabelecer as bases para a reestruturação financeira.
O Plano de Recuperação Judicial é resultado de meses de análises cuidadosas, envolvendo diretores, executivos, consultores, advogados e colaboradores. Todos atuaram com uma missão: assegurar que o VASCO DA GAMA supere os desafios enfrentados até aqui e siga gerando valor, dentro e fora de campo.
Com o protocolo do Plano de Recuperação Judicial, tem início a fase de análise por parte do Poder Judiciário e dos credores, conforme estabelece a legislação. Após a distribuição do plano, os credores serão convocados pela Justiça para deliberar sobre sua aprovação em Assembleia Geral, a ser realizada oportunamente.
