While Caitlin Clark rehabs from a quad injury, she’s somehow still dominating headlines – not with three-point bombs or no-look passes, but with her undeniable charm and off-court chemistry, especially with new teammate Sophie Cunningham. Even sidelined, Clark has become must-watch content, thanks to moments that fans just can’t get enough of.
One clip in particular has gone viral: Clark, signing autographs in the Indiana Fever tunnel, gets sneak-attacked from behind by Cunningham – who whispers something into her ear. Clark freezes for a second, lets out a laugh, and fans instantly zero in. What did Sophie say? No one knows, but the chills were real, and not just for Caitlin.
Tunnel talk that’s turning heads
Clark and Cunningham’s bond has been growing since Sophie joined the Fever this season after a trade from the Phoenix Mercury. Their dynamic has quickly become a fan obsession, and now, even when they’re both out injured, they’re somehow leading the team in vibes.
The Fever, though, miss them badly on the court. Clark is dealing with a quad strain from a matchup against the Liberty and isn’t expected back until June 9.
