Zádrhel pro Spartu. Hledání trenéra spouští dominový efekt problémů

Je v tom logická souvislost, hráčský pohled vypadá prostě: Jak mám kývnout na nabídku, když ani nevím, kdo mě bude trénovat?

Veřejně o tom po podpisu ve Slavii promluvil na srazu reprezentace záložník Michal Sadílek, který o možném přesunu na Letnou opakovaně debatoval se sportovním ředitelem Sparty Tomášem Rosickým.

„Víte, v jaké pozici Sparta na konci sezony byla. Ještě teď tam neví, kdo bude trenér. Nechtělo se mi do prostředí, kde se neví, co bude,“ vykládal na úterní seanci s vybranými novináři. Důvodů, proč upřednostnil největší konkurenci z opačného břehu Vltavy, bude víc.

Teď si ale představte, že se jmenujete například Pavel Kadeřábek. Ten má ve třiatřiceti za sebou deset solidně odsloužených sezon v uznávané bundeslize.

Po konci v Hoffenheimu je volný, Spartu má v srdci. Ve sportovním vedení sedí vaši bývalí reprezentační spoluhráči, jako je právě Rosický.

„Volal. Pokecali jsme jako kamarádi. Nenaléhal, jen se zeptal, jestli bych o návratu přemýšlel. Ano, přemýšlel, jenže teď na Spartě řeší úplně jiné starosti než Kadeřábka,“ řekl obránce nedávno pro iDNES Premium. „Až se poperou s tím, jak, s kým a kudy půjdou dál, můžeme si říct.“

Neštěstím i nepříjemností je, že Rosického vyřadily z pracovního režimu problémy se srdcem. Debaty s Kadeřábkem převzal po povýšení Tomáš Sivok – další Kadeřábkův exkolega z nároďáku. V tom zádrhel není, stejně se ale vznáší pochyby, o nichž běhavý pravák kulantně hovořil.

Kde má třeba Kadeřábek jistotu, že si nový trenér nepřivede prověřeného a mladšího obránce na pravý kraj hřiště? Děje se to běžně v jiných koutech fotbalové planety. Jde o legitimní úvahu a bývalý reprezentant se v Kristových letech necítí na to, aby pár sezon před odchodem do penze leštil lavičku.

V zákulisí zaznívá, že není jediný váhající plejer.

„Slýchám úvahy, jestli není špatně přivádět hráče a mít vytipované posily bez ohledu na to, že ještě trenéra nemáme. Ten proces je podle mě kontinuální,“ ujistil na klubovém webu výkonný místopředseda představenstva František Čupr.

„Musíte mít hráče nasledované, bavit se s nimi, poznat jejich charakter, což je věc, na kterou bych kladl důraz daleko více než předtím. I trenéři, se kterými se bavíme, musí zapadat do naší představy o herním konceptu,“ doplňoval.

Jistě, v porovnání s řadou jiných ligových adres Letná dál zůstává lukrativní štací. Při dlouhotrvajícím zájmu nejspíš nemálo jedinců nezviklá ani trenérská výměna.

Rozdíl ale nastává u hráčů, kteří vybírají z několika zajímavějších možností.

„Já při každém svém přestupu byl v kontaktu s budoucím trenérem,“ vzpomíná exreprezentant Vladimír Šmicer v podcastu Šmíca z voleje na Sport.cz. „Je to hrozně důležité v tom, abys jako zájemce přesvědčil a zaujal hráče. Když jsi měl víc nabídek, zvažoval jsi, kde tě víc chtějí. Je to nepříjemná situace pro Spartu.“

A nejistota se vkrádá i k nepostradatelným členům současného kádru.

„Nevím, jaké se mnou budou mít plány,“ připustil Lukáš Haraslín podle deníku Pravda. Letenské eso při srazu slovenské reprezentace potvrdilo, že jej oslovil Slovan Bratislava. Z Prahy Haraslín nicméně neprchá.

„Stále mám se Spartou platnou smlouvu. Po srazu o tom budeme mluvit a určitě si k tomu sedneme. Rád bych zůstal, ale bude i na vedení klubu, zda mě bude chtít,“ podotkl Haraslín.

Otazníky převažují, co se ví určitě? Sparta hodlá znovu vsadit na zahraničního trenéra. Belgičan Clemente však nepatřil mezi žhavé kandidáty. Jméno Izraelce Bachara zase představovalo novinářskou kachnu, která přiletěla z Blízkého východu.

Z Letné zaznívá, že výběr trenéra spěje k finální fázi, jasno by mohlo být na přelomu tohoto a příštího týdne.

Jakákoli další prodleva už krade novému šéfovi střídačky čas na seznámení a ještě víc může ztížit pozici klubu na přestupovém trhu.

„Složitá situace. Nový trenér by měl i rozhodnout, kdo zůstane nebo nezůstane. Tým se bude doplňovat, ale řada hráčů už bude rozebraných. A čím méně jich bude, tím vyšší bude jejich cena,“ doplnil Šmicer.
