O Fortaleza vem se firmando como um dos principais clubes do cenário nacional nos últimos anos. Agora na gestão SAF, o clube registrou uma receita de R$ 258 milhões em 2024, um valor similar ao que teve em 2023.
Porém o Leão do Pici viu seus custos com futebol superarem seu faturamento, chegando em R$ 275 milhões, conforme mostra estudo da empresa Sports Value.
Este cenário impactou nas finanças do clube, que teve um déficit de R$ 80 milhões, com uma dívida total que hoje está em R$ 115 milhões.

Como outros clubes, o Fortaleza teve os direitos de TV como principal forma de arrecadação em 2024, com um total de R$ 118 milhões.
Em seguida, o clube teve como destaques o faturamento com sócios e sócios torcedor, chegando em R$ 39 milhões. Bilheteria e outras explorações do estádio renderam R$ 29 milhões enquanto vendas de jogadores representaram R$ 20 milhões.
