„Ten plešatý panák (Nikita) Chruščov je (Čechoslováky) pustil z vězení, místo aby se postaral o mír na zemi,“ zmínil Tichonov sovětského politika a státníka, jenž v letech 1953 až 1964 zastával funkci prvního tajemníka ústředního výboru Komunistické strany Sovětského svazu, což de facto byla nejvyšší pozice v SSSR.
„A to, co se děje teď, mě udivuje. Za Velké vlastenecké války (ruský název pro sovětsko-německou válku v letech 1941–1945 – pozn. aut.) jsme osvobodili Kurskou oblast a Kyjev, a teď chodíme kolem horké kaše. Pokud chceme zůstat velkým Ruskem, musíme to dělat jinak,“ zakončil tajemně Tichonov v souvislosti s Haškem a Českou republikou.
