No UOL News Esporte, desta quinta (12), Casão acredita que a equipe brasileira até tem boas possibilidades de sair com um resultado positivo, mas ao mesmo tempo quer aguardar para ver qual será o comportamento em campo perante um adversário que está longe de ser uma grande potência no futebol europeu.
“O Palmeiras, talvez, seja mais desafiador porque tem possibilidades de ganhar, mas é uma partida que não tem favorito.” É meio complicado esse jogo, irão cobrar bastante do Palmeiras um bom resultado, até porque o Porto não vive um grande momento”, analisou Casagrande.
Além do Porto, o Palmeiras terá ainda como adversários o Al Ahly, do Egito, e o Inter Miami, do craque argentino Lionel Messi.

Vale lembrar que os garotos Benedetti e Luighi já estão integrados ao elenco. Os dois deixaram o Egito depois de disputarem dois amistosos pela seleção brasileira sub-20. Assim, a comissão técnica e o departamento de fisiologia analisarão as condições físicas de cada um antes de projetar a escalação contra o Porto.
