Free MLB player props, odds for June 14: Use Jose Ramirez, Clayton Kershaw, Ketel Marte for Saturday MLB picks

Twelve years into his career, Cleveland’s Jose Ramirez is having his best season yet. He has a career-high in batting average (.327) and is on pace for both his most hits and most stolen bases ever. Thus, there are lots of stats to target with MLB player props for the Guardians’ third basemen on the Saturday MLB schedule. His over/under for total bases is 1.5 in the latest MLB props, priced at +130 for the Over and -160 for the Under. With Ramirez riding a 38-game on-base streak, the model is firmly behind Ramirez going over 1.5 total bases on Saturday. That’s not the only plus-money MLB prop the advanced model is behind, as you could create profitable MLB parlay picks by combining Ramirez’ prop with others at various betting sites.

Targeting MLB player props is one way to approach MLB betting on Saturday’s MLB schedule at online sports betting sites. Even with just four games starting after 6:30 p.m. ET, there are still plenty of options for MLB prop bets. With MLB props available for almost every player in every game at sportsbooks, SportsLine’s proven computer model can help you find value to add to your MLB picks. They can also help new users take advantage of sportsbook promos like the latest Fanatics Sportsbook promo code. You can also check out our Saturday MLB parlay and Cardinals vs. Brewers picks.

The model simulates every game 10,000 times and is on a 27-23 run (56%) on all top-rated MLB picks. The model is up 35.95 units on home run prop picks over the last 67 days. Now, the model and SportsLine’s team of Data Scientists have revealed their projections for some of the most-bet MLB player props on Saturday.

Best Saturday MLB player prop picks:

  • Jose Ramirez Over 1.5 total bases (+130)
  • Clayton Kershaw Over 4.5 strikeouts (-115)
  • Ketel Marte Over 2.5 hits + runs + RBI (+120)
  • Parlay these picks for +846 odds with a BetMGM promo code (odds subject to change)

Jose Ramirez, Guardians, Over 1.5 total bases (+130)

Ramirez just saw his 11-game hitting streak end on Friday, but his on-base streak is still alive at 38 games as he’s averaging 2.34 total bases over this run. He has six total bases across six at bats versus Seattle probable, George Kirby, who is looking nothing like the pitcher that had the 10th-best ERA (3.43) in MLB from 2022-24. This year, Kirby has a 6.53 ERA, and while he’s been excellent versus right-handed batters (.200 opposing batting average), he’s allowing a .356 to LHBs. Ramirez is a switch hitter, so he’ll step into the left side of the batter’s box versus the RHP, and the model has him producing 2.08 total bases from the box. While some betting apps have the Over at +115, the best value of +130 can be played by utilizing a bet365 bonus code.

Clayton Kershaw, Dodgers, Over 4.5 strikeouts (-115)

The three-time Cy Young winner is coming off his best start, in terms of strikeouts, since June 2023 as he fanned seven Cardinals last Sunday. St. Louis is a team that doesn’t strike out often as it has the second-lowest strikeout percentage in the NL, and now Kershaw gets the face a Giants team which has the fourth-highest strikeout percentage. Kershaw whiffed six Giants in just 4.0 IP in his last start versus San Francisco, and with Saturday being his sixth start since beginning the year on the IL, he shouldn’t have a pitch count. The Giants have struck out nine times in each of their last two games, which is even more than their season average, so one shouldn’t hesitate backing Kershaw to rack up five-plus strikeouts at bet365.

Ketel Marte, Diamondbacks, Over 2.5 hits + runs + RBI (+120)

Amongst players with at least 180 plate appearances, only Aaron Judge (1.265) has a higher OPS than Ketel Marte this season (1.000). That may surprise many, but Marte is someone who finished third in NL MVP voting a year ago and has continued his success into 2025. He bats at the top of the order for a potent D-Backs team that ranks among the top five in baseball in runs, home runs and slugging percentage, so scoring runs isn’t an issue, and he has nine RBI over his last 10 games. With a rookie pitcher on the mound for San Diego, and one who is making just his third career start, Marte should have lots of success at the plate, and also have run-scoring opportunities for himself and with driving in others. He’s averaging 3.1 hits + runs + RBI over his last 10 games, giving value to these plus-money odds, which can be wagered on with a DraftKings promo code to get bonus bets.
