Apesar de estar em meio à disputa da Copa do Mundo de Clubes, o Flamengo não parou totalmente e, por isso, também está atento aos movimentos do mercado da bola. A partir do dia 10 de julho, novas contratações podem ser feitas, além de saídas serem confirmadas nos principais clubes do futebol brasileiro.
Wesley pode ser novo reforço da Juventus
Diante disso, a situação do lateral-direito Wesley deve ser solucionada na janela que virá por aí. Por conta da idade e de consultas feitas por clubes europeus, o ala é um dos nomes que deverá deixar a Gávea rumo ao futebol de fora do país. Agora, a nova equipe interessada é a Juventus, que também disputa a Copa do Mundo de Clubes.
De acordo com a informação da imprensa italiana, a Velha Senhora conversará com o Flamengo para viabilizar a transferência. A Gazzetta Dello Sport relata que o negócio pode ser fechado por 20 milhões de euros (ou R$ 126,5 milhões na atual cotação). Nas redes sociais, a Nação acredita que este é um bom negócio para o Fla.
Wesley sequer foi titular do Rubro-negro na partida de estreia da equipe na Copa do Mundo de Clubes da Fifa. Frente ao Espérance, da Tunísia, o uruguaio Varela foi o lateral-direito que começou a partida. O defensor, inclusive, participou de um dos gols do Flamengo, que venceu o rival africano pelo placar de 2 a 0.

A equipe do técnico Filipe Luís estreou bem na Copa do Mundo de Clubes da Fifa. Contra o Espérance, da Tunísia, o Flamengo não teve dificuldades para aplicar 2 a 0 e começar o torneio com o pé direito. No critério de desempate, os cariocas estão na liderança da chave, já que tiveram menos cartões do que o Chelsea.
Agora, o próximo jogo será justamente contra os ingleses, o maior desafio desta fase de grupos. A partida será disputada na Filadélfia, na próxima sexta-feira (20), a partir das 15h (horário de Brasília). Quem vencer, pode carimbar a classificação para as oitavas de final e fica muito perto de avançar na liderança da chave.
