As the Kansas City Chiefs prepare for another demanding NFL season, quarterback Patrick Mahomes and tight end Travis Kelce have been front and center at the team’s mandatory minicamp sessions.

But even in the midst of rigorous training, the two veterans made time to unwind with a concert night out on Thursday.
Joining the pair was Brittany Mahomes, who shared glimpses of the evening on her Instagram. In a selfie video, she appeared alongside Patrick, capturing a rare moment of downtime together.
She followed it up with another post showing her with a group of friends – one of whom was Travis Kelce. Notably, neither Patrick Mahomes nor Kelce‘s partner, Taylor Swift, were in the second picture.

Kelce and Swift recently turned heads with their joint appearance at the Stanley Cup Final between the Florida Panthers and Edmonton Oilers, but this time, Swift was reportedly not in attendance. Brittany, however, took the opportunity to enjoy some time with Kelce and friends in what appeared to be a relaxed outing outside of their usual NFL and parenting duties.
Family priorities, friendship moments
Patrick and Brittany Mahomes have made it clear that family remains the foundation of their busy lives. With three young children at home, balancing the NFL schedule and parenting is a constant challenge. Still, the couple knows the importance of occasionally stepping away from daily responsibilities to reconnect.
Their night out comes as the Chiefs continue to build toward another championship run, with the close bond between teammates and their families playing a quiet but crucial role in the franchise’s culture.
Kelce, for his part, continues to be a familiar presence around the Mahomes family. And while Taylor Swift‘s absence was noted by fans, the evening highlighted the camaraderie that exists within the Chiefs circle – one that extends beyond the field and into everyday life.
Whether celebrating wins, supporting each other during demanding seasons, or simply sharing time at a concert, moments like these underscore the strong relationships within the Chiefs‘ inner circle.
