Neste domingo (22), o atleta recebeu cartão vermelho direto por uma falta no último homem do ataque, de frente para o gol. Assim, torcedores nas redes sociais fizeram críticas defensor merengue.

O zagueiro Raúl Asencio não está com sorte neste Mundial de Clubes, e já soma dois erros capitais em duas partidas. Isso porque na estreia ele fez o pênalti que resultou no gol do Al-Hilal no empate em 1 a 1 do Real Madrid.
Agora, contra o Pachuca, Raúl Asencio perdeu na corrida para Salomon Rondón e apelou para agarrar o adversário por trás. Como a jogada estava na meia-lua, de frente para o gol, o árbitro Ramon Abatti Abel aplicou o cartão vermelho, mandando o jovem de 22 anos para o chuveiro mais cedo. Aliás, muito cedo, já que tínhamos apenas 7 minutos.
Apesar da expulsão, o Real Madrid conseguiu a vitória nessa partida contra o Pachuca. O time merengue chegou a abrir 3 a 0, e acabou sofrendo um gol no finalzinho. Assim, a partida terminou em 3 a 1, e agora o clube encaminha sua classificação.
