That big let down has now turned into a push to do well. In the last game of the season, St. Brown got 144 yards and a touchdown, and he met his own record of 1,500 yards. That game was his best and it got the Lions their first top spot in their group since 1993.
St. Brown’s bold words on Kansas City show a big change in how people see Detroit. Under coach Dan Campbell, the Lions have dropped the weak team tag and now look like real fighters in the NFC. With a team full of young talent and a brave heart, they want to win big, not just do okay.

The Chiefs still set the bar high in the NFL, with three Super Bowl games in five years and a coach, Andy Reid, set for big honors. But St. Brown’s words make it clear: the Lions are ready and not scared. They are up for the fight and making their aim known.
