Comentarista da Band acerta em cheio placar no duelo do Rubro-Negro contra o Chelsea e prevê time na decisão da competição
Torcedor declarado do São Paulo, o ex-jogador Cicinho já definiu para qual clube brasileiro está torcendo na Copa do Mundo de Clubes. O Flamengo foi o escolhido pelo comentarista da Band para a sequência da competição disputada nos Estados Unidos. Para ele, a equipe carioca é uma das melhores do Mundial e tem boa chances de chegar à final.
“Na ausência do Tricolor, que está de férias, nóis é Mengo!”, admitiu Cicinho que, no duelo com o Chelsea, vencido pelo time rubro-negro por 3 a 1, foi o único comentarista a acertar o placar entre os integrantes do programa “Jogo Aberto”, na Band. “Se prepara, torcedor, porque nós vamos comemorar”, cravou o ex-lateral, sobre as possibilidades da equipe carioca na competição internacional.
O comentarista crê que o Flamengo tem jogadores que na parte individual podem desequilibrar contra qualquer equipe neste Mundial e não mede elogios ao técnico Filie Luís. “O Flamengo é muito bem treinado e, individualmente, é uma das melhores equipes dessa competição”, disse Cicinho, que antes do início da competição nos Estados Unidos já colocava o time carioca entre os melhores.
“O Flamengo é a equipe que chega com melhores condições para jogar de igual para igual com os europeus. A gente coloca PSG e Real Madrid como bicho-papão, mas eu vou arriscar aqui e o Flamengo vai chegar lá na frente. E olha lá se o Mengão não for o campeão. Se pega os caras desanimados, mete taca”, afirmou o comentarista.

Com a primeira colocação do Grupo D já garantida com uma rodada de antecipação, o técnico Filipe Luís pode rodar o elenco na partida desta terça-feira (24), diante do Los Angeles FC, que será disputada em Orlando, no Camping World Stadium, às 22h (horário de Brasília), no último jogo da fase de grupos da equipe carioca.
A expectativa é que o treinador rubro-negro não escale como titulares os jogadores que estão pendurados. Bruno Henrique, Pulgar, Gerson e Gonzalo Plata já levaram um cartão amarelo ao longo do torneio e serão suspensos nas oitavas de final caso entrem em campo diante do time norte-americano e sejam advertidos com cartão pela arbitragem.
Cicinho também torce contra o Palmeiras
Rival do São Paulo, o Palmeiras é o único time paulista na disputa da Copa do Mundo de Clubes e, é claro, tem a torcida contrária do comentarista da Band. Recentemente, o ex-atleta ironizou até o craque Messi por ter elogiado do Verdão e dito que a equipe dirigida por Abel é uma das maiores do mundo.
“O Messi está mentindo bem viu? Que é isso, Messi? (O Palmeiras) não é (um grande) do mundo. O Palmeiras ganhou o que no mundo para ser um dos grandes?”, questionou Cicinho. “O Palmeiras pode vir a ser um dos grandes do mundo. Quando um time se torna campeão do mundo, ele se torna o melhor time do mundo. O Corinthians sabe disso duas vezes; o São Paulo, três; o Palmeiras não. É fato!”, completou.
