Travis Kelce’s offseason continues to blend luxury, leisure, and romance.
Fresh off a Friday night dinner in New York City with Taylor Swift, the Kansas City Chiefs star treated himself to a private helicopter ride out to the Hamptons for a day of golf with close friend and former teammate Ross Travis.
Ice Spice spills the beans on the Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce relationship
Kelce and Swift were spotted leaving Italian restaurant Torrisi in Manhattan’s NoLIta neighborhood, where the couple shared a quiet evening together after the NFL star arrived on a private jet earlier that day.
Just hours later, Kelce boarded a helicopter with Ross Travis and headed east for a day at one of the country’s most exclusive golf courses.
Their destination? East Hampton Golf Club, a members-only venue that boasts a $400,000 initiation fee and caters to a clientele with either a net worth above $1 million or an annual income exceeding $200,000.
The ultra-private club is known for its traditional walking-only policy, unless members are physically unable to walk, and its platinum club designation among America’s top 50 golf courses.
Kelce, dressed in a white polo, khaki shorts, and a baseball cap, was photographed enjoying the course with a drink in hand, fully embracing his offseason freedom.
Luxury lifestyle during offseason break
After a day on the links, the 35-year-old was seen boarding the helicopter once again, golf shoes in hand, wrapping up a weekend that showcased his ability to shift from city romance to countryside recreation with ease.
Kelce’s time in the Hamptons comes shortly after his appearance at the Amazon Port Panel in Cannes, France, where he and his brother Jason Kelce promoted their New Heights podcast.
The Kelce brothers have grown their platform significantly, reaching both football fans and a broader audience as part of their evolving post-football careers.
Now back stateside, Travis reported for the Chiefs’ mandatory minicamp this past week.
But with the next training session not scheduled until July 22, the three-time Super Bowl champion has some well-earned time off before shifting back into game mode.
Even with all the travel and attention, Kelce has been quick to shut down any retirement speculation that followed the Chiefs’ Super Bowl LIX loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.
Speaking to reporters, he confirmed his return for a 13th NFL season, saying, “Really didn’t feel like it was my last game. Just felt like I had a lot more to prove.”
Kelce also pushed back against rumors that he had lost 25 pounds, explaining, “Don’t believe all you read on the internet. I’m down some weight from the end of last season… but each year is different. You have to rebuild it.”
He added that he used this offseason to focus on refining his movement and training techniques, saying, “I had some time to really focus on some form running and some things early in the offseason that I didn’t have time for last year. Certainly feeling good and I think it’ll pay off.”
Whether it’s stepping back onto the field or stepping into a helicopter for a weekend escape, Travis Kelce continues to show he’s living life on his own terms, with Taylor Swift never far from his side.
