Palmeiras nas quartas de final do Mundial de Clubes
Em um confronto recheado de rivalidade contra o Botafogo, o Palmeiras venceu por 1 a 0 com gol de Paulinho e se classificou para as quartas de final. Resultado que traz um prêmio enorme para o Verdão, com mais R$ 72 milhões nos cofres do Porco.
Agora, o Botafogo volta para casa, enquanto o Verdão volta para seu quartel-general para se preparar para o próximo adversário. O Palmeiras espera o resultado de Benfica x Chelsea, que acontece também neste sábado (28).
Assim, nas quartas de final, podemos ter a reedição da final do Mundial de Clubes de 2021, quando Palmeiras e Chelsea se enfrentaram. Na época, o time inglês venceu com gol de pênalti de Havertz e se sagrou campeão.
