Segundo Filipe Duarte, do portal GZH, a diretoria tricolor decidiu dar por encerrada a negociação com o Lyon, clube que pertence a John Textor e detém os direitos econômicos do jogador, e agora deve mirar outro alvo no mercado.
A proposta do Grêmio para contratar Adryelson
Também no portal GZH, Saimon Bianchini informou na semana passada que o Grêmio ofereceu 4,5 milhões de euros (cerca de R$ 28,6 milhões) para contratar Adryelson, enquanto o desejo do Lyon, da França, é receber 7 milhões de euros (cerca de R$ 44,6 milhões) para vender o jogador, que também despertou interesse de Santos, Olympiacos, da Grécia, e do mundo árabe.
Titular em 2023 e reserva no segundo semestre de 2024, Adryelson foi campeão da Libertadores e do Campeonato Brasileiro com o Botafogo. Aos 27 anos, o atleta pertence ao Lyon, mas jogou o primeiro semestre deste ano pelo Anderlecht, da Bélgica.
Possível rebaixamento não deve influenciar na negociação
Por determinação da Direção Nacional de Controle e Gestão (DNCG) da Liga de Futebol Profissional da França (LFP), o Lyon foi rebaixado para a segunda divisão do Campeonato Francês por conta da má situação financeira. O clube europeu ainda vai recorrer para mudar a decisão judicial, mas tudo indica que precisará vender jogadores para arrecadar dinheiro. Mesmo assim, o posicionamento do Grêmio não deve mudar.
A busca por um zagueiro continua
Com o nome de Adryelson descartado, a diretoria do Grêmio manterá a busca por um zagueiro, mas precisa de um novo alvo para abrir negociações. Filipe Duarte trouxe que os dirigentes já possuem pré-requisitos estabelecidos. O contratado precisa ser destro, experiente e atuar preferencialmente pelo lado direito.
