O diretor de seleções da CBF, Rodrigo Caetano, fez questão de enaltecer a postura do técnico Carlo Ancelotti neste início de trabalho à frente da Seleção Brasileira. Em entrevista, Caetano destacou a forma como o treinador italiano buscou se integrar à cultura do país e ao ambiente da CBF, classificando sua atitude como “exemplar” e “humilde”.
“Desde o primeiro momento, o Ancelotti fez de tudo para se integrar o mais rápido possível ao Brasil. Ele mostrou um nível de simplicidade e dedicação que impressiona. Está disposto a entender nosso futebol, nosso povo e o dia a dia da Seleção”, afirmou Caetano.

Segundo o dirigente, o comandante da Seleção impressionou todos os membros da comissão técnica com seu profundo conhecimento sobre o futebol brasileiro e sua forma clara de transmitir ideias. Ancelotti adotou uma liderança firme, mas sem autoritarismo, conduzindo reuniões coletivas e individuais com atletas e demais membros da equipe.
Caetano destacou que a filosofia do italiano já começou a influenciar positivamente a rotina da seleção, graças à sua capacidade de equilibrar autoridade com empatia. “Ele compartilha tudo com muita clareza, não impõe, mas lidera com respeito”, disse o dirigente.

Outro ponto ressaltado por Rodrigo Caetano é a satisfação mútua entre treinador e estrutura da CBF. Segundo ele, Ancelotti tem elogiado a organização da confederação, o ambiente de trabalho e o empenho dos profissionais envolvidos no projeto da Seleção Brasileira rumo ao próximo ciclo de competições.
Em pouco mais de um mês de convivência com o grupo, o técnico já conquistou a confiança dos jogadores e da comissão técnica. “Está sendo uma troca muito rica. O Ancelotti tem se mostrado muito feliz e confortável com tudo o que encontrou aqui”, revelou.

De acordo com Caetano, todos os atletas chamados até aqui aprovaram a metodologia e a forma de comunicação adotada pelo treinador. A rápida adaptação foi fundamental para garantir um ambiente harmônico e produtivo, o que é essencial para o desempenho dentro de campo.
“Não houve qualquer resistência. Pelo contrário, a adesão foi imediata. Ele transmite confiança, e os jogadores estão absorvendo muito do seu conhecimento”, comentou o dirigente da CBF.

Rodrigo Caetano encerrou a entrevista ressaltando uma das características mais marcantes de Carlo Ancelotti: a humildade. Para o diretor, essa qualidade é comum entre os grandes nomes do futebol, e o treinador italiano é um exemplo claro de como simplicidade e competência podem andar juntas.
