During a media interview at the NFL’s annual pre-season training camp, Dak Prescott updated the football world on his health status. The league’s highest-paid quarterback underwent hamstring surgery.
Prescott looks set to play after missing the last nine games of the 2024 season. During Tuesday morning’s session, the 31-year-old shared a promising update on his recovery from surgery: “I’m as healthy as I can be,” Prescott explained. “I’ll be ready for camp,” he concluded.
Former military members supported Dak Prescott for the 2025 NFL season
A few weeks ago, Dak Prescott held his annual getaway with his teammates in skill positions. He returned to Lake Oconee in Georgia for a few days of work in the field and off-field sessions with O2X, a performance group made up of former military personnel who help with stress management and resilience.
Prescott, who also participated in the Cowboys’ preseason program without restrictions, is entering his 10th NFL season in Dallas, although it is his first with Brian Schottenheimer as head coach. The revamped duo will be looking to give Jerry Jones and company their first Super Bowl title since the 1995-96 season
