Depois de anunciar a contratação de Ramón Sosa, o Palmeiras pode, ainda nesta janela de transferências, definir a saída de Richard Ríos. Destaque do Verdão nesta primeira edição da Copa do Mundo de Clubes Fifa, o volante de 25 anos permanece bastante valorizado na Europa e despertou o interesse de duas equipes italianas: Inter de Milão e Roma.
Segundo informações de Jorge Nicola, ambas estariam dispostas a investir até 30 milhões de euros (cerca de R$ 192 milhões) pela aquisição do meio-campista palmeirense. Caso a operação seja concluída mediante estas cifras, Leila Pereira e cia não embolsariam a sua totalidade, uma vez que não é dono de 100% dos direitos econômicos.
“A ideia do Palmeiras é vender apenas um atleta. Trata-se de Richard Ríos. Pela possibilidade de conseguir uma ótima venda, o clube entende que o melhor caminho é segurar outros jogadores. O Verdão assegura já ter duas negociações avançadas com dois clubes italianos interessados em gastar perto dos 30 milhões de euros. São eles a Inter de Milão e a Roma”, conta Nicola.
Palmeiras pode receber R$ 133 milhões por Ríos
Ex-Flamengo, Ríos chamou a atenção do Palmeiras vestindo a camisa do Guarani. Na disputa do Paulistão, o colombiano era titular do Bugre e teve seu nome aprovado por Abel Ferreira e comissão técnica. Em pouco tempo, se tornou indispensável.
“O Palmeiras é dono de 70% dos direitos econômicos e gastou R$ 7,5 milhões por esta fatia. Agora, pode arrecadar até R$ 133 milhões. A maior dificuldade será a reposição deste atleta que virou dono do meio-campo palmeirense e da seleção colombiana. O negócio com este time italiano deve avançar nos próximos dias”, completou o jornalista.
Com a camisa do Verdão, Ríos possui 137 partidas, 11 gols marcados e é responsável por nove assistências. No currículo, ostenta títulos do Brasileirão e também do Campeonato Paulista (em 2023 e 2024, respectivamente).
Próximo jogo
Em quarto lugar no Brasileirão com 22 pontos, o Palmeiras enfrentaria o Santos no domingo, na Vila Belmiro. Contudo, solicitou o adiamento da partida em razão do desgaste no Mundial de Clubes e foi atendido pela CBF. Desta forma, o Verdão volta a campo no dia 16, contra o Mirassol, às 19h, no Allianz Parque.
