Como o retorno aos compromissos do Brasileirão não será neste fim de semana já que o clássico contra o Palmeiras foi adiado, o Santos volta a campo nesta quinta-feira (10), em amistoso contra a Desportiva Ferroviária, em Cariacica-ES, no estádio Kléber Andrade, às 20h (horário de Brasília). O astro Neymar deverá ser escalado na função de camisa 10, municiando os atacantes.
O fim da preparação para a partida ocorreu nesta quarta-feira (9), no CT Rei Pelé, quando o técnico Cleber Xavier deu as últimas instruções de como pretende escalar o Peixe e como pretende utilizar Neymar, que está totalmente recuperado de problemas físicos que o perseguiram recentemente e iniciará o duelo no time titular para ganhar mais ritmo de jogo.
De acordo com o “ge.com”, a escalação do Santos para encarar o amistoso com a Desportiva Ferroviária, pela Vitória Cup tem: Gabriel Brazão; Escobar, Luan Peres, João Basso e Souza; Zé Rafael, Tomás Rincón e Neymar; Guilherme, Deivid Washington e Barreal.
Contratados serão utilizados no amistoso?
Recém-contratado, o meio-campista Willian Arão não vai viajar ao Espírito Santo. “Eu preciso de tempo. Fazia três anos que não tirava férias. Agora é questão de recondicionamento. Pegar ritmo de treinamento, conhecer os companheiros. Aí estarei pronto para ajudar o Santos”, disse Arão em sua apresentação. Já o lateral-direito Igor Vinícius viaja e vai começar no banco de reservas.
Santos busca mais reforços
Apesar das duas contratações confirmadas, o Peixe ainda segue no mercado da bola em busca de mais algumas contratações para reforçar o elenco do técnico Cleber Xavier. No entanto, a falta de dinheiro tem sido um fator que tem dificultado muito o trabalho do diretor de futebol Alexandre Mattos, que busca um jogador de velocidade e drible para o ataque.
O nome do uruguaio Brian Rodríguez, que defende o América, do México, é considerado prioridade nesta janela de transferências, mas o alto custo envolvido na operação pode prejudicar a evolução do negócio. Desta forma, o Santos já busca outras alternativas mais baratas para preencher a lacuna deixada no elenco com a saída de Soteldo, que foi para o Fluminense.
