Despite Deion Sanders‘ ongoing health issues, he’s heading into the 2025 college football season as one of the best head coaches in the nation. Shedeur Sanders is competing for the Cleveland Browns starting quarterback job. Shilo Sanders is battling for a roster spot with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Deiondra Sanders is raising a son, and Shelomi Sanders is playing college basketball at Alabama A&M.
But it’s Deion Jr. who has had an impressive career turnaround after not panning out on the gridiron. “Bucky” has become a media guru in his post-playing career, helping launch Well Off Media, which has covered the Sanders’ family escapades in college football, and helped change the perception of the Colorado football program. Deion Jr.’s role has been crucial, and now he’s reaping the rewards.

Deion Sanders Jr. gets his own Nike Air Diamond Turf shoe
Coach Prime passed down some of his Nike legacy to Bucky, announcing that he would be getting his own version of the Nike Air Diamond Turf. That model was originally released in 1993 as Sanders’ first signature shoe with the brand.
Bucky’s version comes in a red and black colorway with white accents on the swoosh, lace strap and back of the shoe. On the back piece, the Well Off Media logo is imprinted.
While it may seem like Deion Jr. is getting preferential treatment, Shedeur and Shilo got plenty of gear as part of Deion’s partnership with Nike during their collegiate careers, and now into their NFL careers. It goes to show what Coach Prime thinks of his oldest son. Their relationship is even stronger now.
