O Flamengo demonstrou interesse na contratação do atacante Taty Castellanos, da Lazio. A informação foi publicada inicialmente pelo jornalista Venê Casagrande e pelo ge. O argentino de 26 anos seria uma opção para o setor e com as características desejadas pelo técnico Filipe Luís, que vive momento conturbado com Pedro.
Entretanto, em contato com a reportagem do Torcedores.com, o diretor de futebol da Lazio, Angelo Fabiani, frustrou os planos do Flamengo. Isso porque, de acordo com ele, o atacante não está à venda. Além disso, para “sentar à mesa” o dirigente colocou números fora da realidade financeira de qualquer clube brasileiro.
“Não sei sobre o Flamengo, mas ele não está à venda. Nem por 30 milhões de euros (cerca de R$ 193,6 milhões na cotação atual)”, disse Fabiani ao Torcedores.com.
Lazio recusa ofertas astronômicas
A postura dura da Lazio em relação a Taty Castellanos não é uma novidade. O atacante, que se destacou na última temporada, vem recebendo diversas propostas recentemente e todas elas negadas com veemência. West Ham e Nottingham Forest, da Inglaterra, e Nice, da França, fizeram propostas de 35 milhões de euros e todas foram recusadas.
O Torcedores.com apurou que um número que poderia balançar a Lazio é o de 40 milhões de euros, R$ 258 milhões na cotação atual. Esse valor, entretanto, está fora da realidade do Flamengo e seria, de longe, a maior contratação da história do futebol brasileiro. Taty Castellanos foi comprado pelos italianos em 2023, junto ao Girona, por 15 milhões de euros.
A ideia de contratar um novo camisa 9 não é novidade no Flamengo. Apesar de ter Pedro, que foi artilheiro do time em 2023 e 2024, o técnico Filipe Luís gostaria de ter um atleta com valências diferentes para a posição. O treinador gostaria de um atacante com mobilidade, algo que Pedro não entrega apesar dos gols.
O relacionamento entre técnico e atacante está bastante abalado. Na coletiva contra o São Paulo, Filipe Luís detonou a postura de Pedro nos treinamentos e disse que a atitude “beira ao ridículo”. Ele ficou de fora da lista de relacionados contra o Tricolor e segue fora contra o Santos.
O estafe de Pedro está no mercado em busca de propostas para ele. O Flamengo espera receber ao menos 15 milhões de euros no jogador, que já completou oito jogos no Brasileirão e tem o mercado interno fora de cogitação para a atual janela.
