Yuki Tsunoda não concordou com a punição de dez posições referente ao grid de largada para o Grande Prêmio do Canadá. De acordo com o documento publicado pela Federação Internacional de Automobilismo (FIA), a decisão foi aplicada porque o japonês ultrapassou Oscar Piastri, quando o treino classificatório estava sob bandeira vermelha. Com isso, o piloto vai largar a prova de Fórmula 1 (F1) na última posição.
“Sinceramente a punição de dez posições no grid surgiu do nada. Eu nem esperava ser punido por isso. Não sei o que eles queriam que eu fizesse. Piastri sofreu danos enormes na última curva. Eu o vi na reta oposta, a 80 km/h, muito devagar. Ele estava espalhando detritos para todos os lados e até vi o pneu indo para o lado”, iniciou.
“Pensei que, se eu continuasse atrás dele, o pneu sairia e iria me atingir. É preciso evitar isso. É uma situação totalmente desnecessária. No final, ele estava dirigindo para a esquerda a fim de evitar problemas com outros pilotos, o que foi um ótimo trabalho. Por isso fui para o lado direito”, acrescentou o piloto da Red Bull.
“Verifiquei que não havia nenhum carro na minha frente ou atrás e eu ultrapassei a 170 km/h que é metade da velocidade que normalmente dirigimos, mas aparentemente isso não é permitido. Eles esperam que eu fique atrás esperando ser atingido. Não mereço essa penalidade porque havia detritos por todo lado. É frustrante”, finalizou.
Fórmula 1 puniu outro piloto além de Yuki Tsunoda
A direção do GP do Canadá também não refrescou para Isack Hadjar. O automobilista da Racing Bulls perdeu três posições por ter atrapalhado Carlos Sainz. Com isso, Hadjar inicia a prova de Fórmula 1 na 12ª posição.
George Russell é o pole position. O atual tetracampeão mundial, Max Verstappen, larga em segundo. O líder da atual temporada, Oscar Piastri, começa a prova em terceiro. A largada oficial do GP do Canadá está marcada para ocorrer às 15h (horário de Brasília) deste domingo (15).

Dynasty Fantasy Football Running Back Rankings: Movement in Denver and Houston shakes things up
USATSI Truth be told, there is not generally a lot of movement in Dynasty rankings in the month of June most years. Occasionally we get a late free agency signing, like J.K. Dobbins and Nick Chubb this year. In my rankings, both of those guys actually fell in these rankings after they signed with their new team. I was holding out hope one of them would land in a better place like Chicago or Dallas and have a better chance at carving out a larger role. Dobbins still could in Denver, but I am not optimistic about anyone functioning as a true RB1 for Sean Payton this year. Chubb, to me, seems more like Joe Mixon insurance, so unless Mixon is still in a walking boot at training camp or suffers another injury, I don't expect Chubb to have much […]
