Especulado no Real Madrid, Klopp está ‘feliz’ no novo emprego, diz agente

Jurgen Klopp está “muito feliz” em seu cargo atual na Red Bull, apesar dos rumores que o ligam a um retorno como técnico, desta vez no Real Madrid, disse seu empresário nesta sexta-feira. O ex-técnico do Liverpool se tornou chefe global de futebol da Red Bull em janeiro, cuidando de vários clubes, incluindo o RB Leipzig, o New York Red Bulls e o RB Bragantino, o que o trouxe, inclusive, para um curta temporada no interior paulista.

A eliminação do Real Madrid nas quartas de final da Liga dos Campeões para o Arsenal nesta semana levantou especulações de que o técnico Carlo Ancelotti esteja caminhando para a saída no final da temporada, com a seleção brasileira sendo um possível destino.

A mídia alemã noticiou que Klopp era um dos nomes que os gigantes espanhóis queriam levar para o banco de reservas do Bernabeu. Questionado sobre os rumores, seu agente Marc Kosicke disse que Klopp, de 57 anos, estava gostando do novo emprego.

“Jurgen está muito feliz com seu novo papel na Red Bull”, disse Kosicke à Sky Deutschland.

Também falando na sexta-feira, o técnico do RB Leipzig, Zsolt Low, disse que “não conseguia imaginar” Klopp se mudando para o Real Madrid, acrescentando que o alemão estava “muito feliz no trabalho”. Low elogiou o impacto de Klopp, dizendo que “ele mostrou que pode unir um clube, um grupo de 40, 50, 60 pessoas, e levá-los com ele.

“Ele agrega um valor incrível com sua experiência, sua qualidade humana e sua energia.”

Em uma carreira de 23 anos como técnico de primeira divisão do Liverpool, Borussia Dortmund e Mainz, Klopp deixou cada clube por vontade própria, uma raridade na carreira de treinador.

“Não importa onde ele esteve, ele se dedicou 100%”, disse Low, acrescentando: “Independentemente de onde esteja, ele permaneceu e fez o seu trabalho. É importante para ele ter uma saída limpa.”
