Hudson has drawn attention for her reported efforts to control Belichick’s public image, including attempting to secure an executive producer role in his now-scrapped “Hard Knocks” docuseries documenting his first season at UNC. The project was reportedly shelved after just two days, with insiders suggesting that Hudson wanted to oversee all creative decisions. Additionally, reports surfaced that she forced her way into a Dunkin’ Donuts Super Bowl ad, appearing alongside Belichick and actors Ben Affleck and Casey Affleck.
Her business interests also extend to trademark filings-Hudson’s Trouble Cub Enterprises recently attempted to reclaim 14 phrases coined by Belichick that are currently owned by the New England Patriots.
