Nächster Bayern-Sieg – Nach Kritik: Herberts „Softies“ knallhart

Dave Portnoy on Bill Belichick at UNC: ‘I Want Him Out of College Football’

Underwhelming. Discouraging. Catastrophic. All three words could accurately describe Bill Belichick’s first season in Chapel Hill as head coach of the North Carolina Tar Heels. The Tar Heels are off to a dismal 2-3 start this season and have managed a total of four touchdowns in three losses to power-conference opponents. They have been outscored 120-33 in those three losses, an average margin of 29 points per game.Things have gotten so bleak that Belichick and UNC athletic director Bubba Cunningham took to social media earlier this week to reaffirm their commitment to each other — a rare move, prompted by reports and speculation of behind-the-scenes dysfunction within the program.Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy addressed the situation during an #AskDave segment on "Big Noon Kickoff," responding to the question:What's your take on UNC sticking with Belichick?Portnoy didn't hold back with his answer."I think […]

Who’s on the Move First: Penn State’s James Franklin or Texas QB Arch Manning?

Few coaches in college football are under more pressure than Penn State's James Franklin, and few players are under more pressure than Texas Longhorns quarterback Arch Manning. Which one could have a new home first?FOX Sports college football analyst Mark Ingram was faced with that question during Saturday's edition of "Big Noon Kickoff.""I have to go James Franklin," Ingram said when asked whether Franklin or Manning are more likely to be in their last season with their current program. "Penn State's already getting fed up. They're already doing a GoFundMe to raise buyout money. They can't win a top-10 matchup. James Franklin is 4-21 against top-10 teams since he's been there. They just got stepped on by UCLA."And, quite frankly, Arch, he's continuing to grow. We put a lot on his plate, but he'll be back in Austin next year, […]
