Jetzt hat sich auch ARD-Moderatorin Esther Sedlaczek zum Kurzurlaub der Bayern-Stars geäußert – und dabei Sportvorstand Max Eberl (51) kritisiert!

Die haben frei, die können machen, was sie wollen.“ Ihre Eingrenzung: „Solange die sich nicht am Abend vorher die Hucke vollsaufen.“
Ganz so leicht kommt aber Eberl nicht vom Sedlaczek-Haken. Die Moderatorin meint: „Ich fand die Nummer einfach schwierig. Gerade, dass diese Absprache offensichtlich ja zu nichts geführt hat und Eberl in dem Moment auch überhaupt nicht gut aussah. Das ist das, was ich einfach ein bisschen komisch fand.“
Und: „Ich finde, das ist ein Bild, was die Bayern in dem Moment abgegeben haben, was ich einfach total irritierend fand und was auch einfach nicht gut ausgesehen hat.“

Hintergrund: Vor dem letzten Bayern-Saisonspiel gegen Hoffenheim (4:0) düsten 14 Spieler des deutschen Rekordmeisters nach Ibiza und machten dort Party-Urlaub (u.a. Neuer, Müller, Kane und Kimmich). Für die Meister-Sause gab es heftige Kritik. Gegner Hoffenheim hätte theoretisch noch auf den Relegationsrang abrutschen können, hätte Heidenheim gegen Werder gewonnen.
Zuvor hatte Bayern-Boss Eberl die Ibiza-Reise noch öffentlich abgesagt („Gehört sich nicht“). Viele Experten hatten das komplette Vorgehen scharf kritisiert.
So auch Sedlaczek. Trotzdem will sie das Thema nicht überdramatisieren und meint: „Die Sache an sich finde ich komplett übertrieben, dass man da jetzt so eine Riesen-Nummer draus macht. Da haben sich ja auch nicht nur die Medien draufgestürzt, sondern auch Vereine.“
