Shedeur Sanders may officially belong to the NFL, but somehow, the former Colorado star, now a Cleveland Browns rookie, has also made his mark in the NBA without ever stepping foot on the court. During a recent Oklahoma City Thunder meeting, Shedeur’s name and signature pose unexpectedly became the center of attention.
It all started when Thunder star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander surprised some of his teammates with a gift to cheer them on during the Western Conference Finals. The players opened their gifts, and immediately afterward, everyone posed with him, singing Shedeur Sanders’s song, “Perfect Timing” and that’s exactly what it was, as they struck Shedeur’s signature pose. As the NCAA makes changes to its transfer portal calendar, it’s also making tweaks to the timeframe players have to transfer after a coaching change.The NCAA announced Tuesday that it was set to shorten the transfer window after coaching changes from 30 to 15 days and also alter when that window takes place. Per the Division I Administrative Committee, the transfer portal would open after a school hires its next head coach.The NCAA also officially announced that it had approved the launch of a 15-day single transfer portal window to begin on Jan. 2. The single window replaces the two transfer portal opportunities players have had previously.
