Rossi, goleiro do Flamengo (Gilvan de Souza/CRF)
Agustín Rossi admira dois goleiros do futebol brasileiro. Inicialmente, em comparação sobre o estilo de jogo, o camisa 1 do Flamengo sinalizou uma semelhança envolvendo Alisson Becker. Em relação aos arqueiros da Série A, o desempenho de Weverton, dono de uma regularidade extraordinária pelo Palmeiras, foi valorizado.
“Eu comecei a ser goleiro quando já estava maior, então nunca acompanhei muito futebol. Tem muitos goleiros que eu gosto, mas o Alisson é o goleiro com quem eu tenho mais similaridade, meu estilo é similar ao dele.”, disse Rossi, em entrevista à Globo.
“Tem muitos grandes goleiros por aí. No Brasil, o Weverton é um goleiro também que faz o simples. O goleiro está ali para defender. A quantidade de tempo que ele está no Palmeiras também contribui para a regularidade que ele alcançou.”, acrescentou.
Situação do Flamengo na Libertadores
Em sequência, o Flamengo terá duas “finais” pela frente. Além da partida contra o Palmeiras, de Weverton, o duelo contra o Deportivo Táchira será importante para o Rubro-Negro seguir rumo ao mata-mata e embalar de vez na Libertadores. Neste cenário, Rossi analisou o desempenho irregular na fase de grupos.
“A gente está acostumado a jogar contra times brasileiros, mas tem outros times que a gente não conhece bem, viagens longas. Não vou falar que Flamengo acordou, sempre estivemos aí, e quarta-feira temos a classificação na nossa mão.”, afirmou.
Rossi na seleção argentina?
Titular absoluto do Flamengo, Rossi está ciente que pode ganhar uma vaga na seleção argentina. Levando em conta a atual vitrine atrelada ao clube carioca, o goleiro espera ganhar uma oportunidade com Lionel Scaloni.
“Se faço bem meu trabalho aqui, se tem alguém me olhando isso pode chegar na seleção. Sou jogador do Flamengo, me dedico ao Flamengo, estou aqui evoluindo para fazer meu melhor aqui e isso pode refletir na seleção.”, externou.
