En caso de empatar en Burgos, los granotas ascenderían si pierde el Elche y no gana el Oviedo, independientemente de lo que haga el Mirandés. En el peor resultado posible, si los pupilos de Calero caen derrotados en El Plantío, tendrán que jugarse el ascenso en la última jornada de Liga, ya que no hay ninguna opción de que puedan ascender si salen con un cero en el casillero de Burgos.
