Ana de Armas stars alongside Keanu Reeves in the film ‘Ballerina’, which hits theaters on Friday, June 6. The production is one of the most anticipated of the year, especially by fans of the ‘John Wick’ universe. It is a spin-off that takes place between chapters three and four of the saga.
The Cuban actress has become one of the standard bearers of Hollywood, so her pairing with Reeves can only be synonymous with success. Taking advantage of the fact that they are in the middle of promoting the film, Ana gave an interview to ‘Women’s Wear Daily’ magazine. In it, she talks about how she is experiencing the imminent premiere and what it was like to shoot with an actor of the stature of the Lebanon-born actor.

“The day I met Keanu, he had just finished the first ‘John Wick’ movie and was telling us about it at lunch. It’s crazy because I grew up watching his movies, ‘Speed’ and ‘Matrix’ and so many others, and back then I couldn’t believe I was working with him,” said the Cuban, who was enormously excited to be working with him.
“But even now, being part of something that means so much to him and that he has invested so much in… by joining the film, it was as if he had given me his blessing or passed the torch to me,” added the ‘Blonde’ star. Finally, the actress confessed what it was like day-to-day on set with her co-star.
“He’s relentless. He’s like me: we’re perfectionists. We want to do it over and over again, and it’s never enough. So it’s hard to say ‘cut’ when we’re filming,” she revealed. From Ana de Armas’ statements, it can only be deduced that the film is not going to disappoint anyone. In addition, the chemistry of both actors will surely transcend the screen
