Svěřenkyně Tomáše Kacovského bezpečně postoupily do finále, ve kterém se po startu dlouho držely na druhém místě. Asi 600 metrů před cílem je ale předjely Vosová s Van Aanholtovou. V závěru ale Češky dokázaly odrazit nápor britské posádky Eleanor Brinkhoffová, Megan Slabbertová.
Párová čtyřka Janštová, Pospíšilová, Zavadilová, Nedělová postoupila do finále přímo z úvodní rozjížďky, neboť v jejich kategorii ve Varese startovalo jen sedm lodí. Na třetím místě se držely hned od startu a připsaly si tak trochu nečekaný úspěch. Vyhrály Nizozemky Lisa Bruijnincxová, Margot Leeuwenburghová, Willemijn Mulderová, Tessa Dullemansová.
Čtyřka bez kormidelníka Vít Baldinus, Tomáš Šišma, Miroslav Vokálek, Jan Chládek byla ve finále B druhá a celkově skončila osmá, dvojka bez kormidelníka Jakub Podrazil, Dalibor Neděla byla ve finále B šestá.
Druhý a letos poslední díl SP se uskuteční za dva týdny v Lucernu.
