TSV Hannover-Burgdorf
Am Mittwoch um 12.30 Uhr geht es für die TSV Hannover-Burgdorf aus der Daikin Handball-Bundesliga los. Aber nicht auf der Platte, sondern im Sitzungssaal der 3. Kammer für Handelssachen am Landgericht Hannover.
Grund: Der Tabellensechste der abgelaufenen Saison hat wie bereits vor sechs Jahren mal wieder Zoff mit seinem Hallenvermieter, dem bundesweit bekannten Bau-Unternehmer Günter Papenburg (86).

Handball-Topklub klagt gegen Multimillionär
Papenburg ist Eigentümer der ZAG-Arena, in der Hannover-Burgdorf seine Heimspiele austrägt und vergangene Saison mit über 150.000 Zuschauer einen neuen Fan-Rekord aufstellte. Mittwoch treffen sich beide Parteien im Gericht.
Worum es im Verfahren mit dem Aktenzeichen 23 O 97/25 geht, teilte das Landgericht Hannover am Montag offiziell mit. Die TSV Hannover-Burgdorf will einstweilige Verfügung gegen den Vermieter erwirken, weil dieser ihr damit droht, die Halle für die kommende Saison nicht mehr zur Verfügung zu stellen.
[–>Auslöser dafür seien vom Klub nicht bezahlte Mietnachforderungen für die Zeit von September 2024 bis März 2025 in Höhe von rund 580.000 Euro. Grund für die Nachforderungen sei, dass die ZAG-Arena erhebliche Kostensteigerungen habe tragen müssen.
Laut Mitteilung des Landgerichts stünde „für den Handball-Erstligisten dabei viel auf dem Spiel, denn es sind bereits viele Eintrittskarten für die kommende Spielzeit verkauft“.
