Zico foi o convidado do programa A Resenha, comandado por Nilson Cesar no canal do narrador da Jovem Pan. Numa das pautas da entrevista realizada nesta segunda-feira (31), o Galinho de Quintino lamentou a raridade de se encontrar atualmente um jogador com as mesmas características que exerceu.
Mesmo assim, Zico não considerou a função que o consagrou completamente extinta no futebol brasileiro. Na opinião do ídolo do Flamengo, o único camisa 10 tradicional ainda em atividade no país é Alan Patrick.
“Talvez jogando nesta posição mesmo de 10, brasileiro, talvez só o Alan Patrick, do Internacional“, opinou, com a autoridade de quem foi um dos melhores de todos os tempos na posição.
Deste modo, não localizou outro meia armador no Brasil. “Aqui no Rio nos grandes times, você não vê aquele 10 que a gente estava acostumado a ver. Em São Paulo, eu acho que a mesma coisa. O esquema tático tá em primeiro lugar com relação ao jogador de talento que muitas vezes desequilibrava uma partida”, declarou Zico.

Assim, citou o Real Madrid como uma referência do futebol mundial, que vem enfileirando títulos mesmo sem ter um camisa 10 de ofício.
“Acabaram não foi com os 10. Acabaram com a posição do 10. O grande time do mundo nos últimos anos, quem foi? Foi o Real Madrid, que não joga com 10. Joga com dois meias”, avaliou, mencionando a equipe merengue clássica com craques como Luka Modric e Toni Kroos na frente de um volante como Casemiro.
“O camisa 10 virou uma posição nula”
Por fim, Zico chamou atenção para as mudanças nas táticas de jogo em que o armador deixou de jogar mais próximo do centroavante.
“A posição praticamente ficou nula, o número 10 não funciona mais”, analisou o eterno craque rubro-negro, acrescentando que os jogadores mais avançados precisam voltar para ajudar na marcação.
