Jordon Hudson, 24, has stirred controversy once again by directing a pointed remark at Linda Holliday, ex-partner of NFL icon Bill Belichick, through an Instagram post. What began as a heartfelt tribute to her friend Melissa Sapini, a former Miss Massachusetts, quickly turned into a reference to the couple’s rocky history-particularly involving the so-called “Nantucket socialites.”
The post, which praised Sapini for her strength and grace, included a line that caught immediate attention:

“I know you’ll continue to shine, to transform, and to take up space-even when others threaten you and insist you don’t belong. For example, the ‘Nantucket socialites’…”
The phrase didn’t go unnoticed by those familiar with the drama between Belichick’s current and former partners.
A conflict rooted in a holiday party confrontation
The comment appears to reference a December incident reported by TMZ Sports, in which Holliday allegedly confronted both Hudson and Sapini at a Christmas party they attended-reportedly without Holliday’s approval. Adding to the tension, Holliday’s daughters were DJs at the event.
That night, Holliday allegedly issued a veiled threat to Sapini:
“If you value your current title, you should think twice about who your friends are,” and claimed to have “a lot of influential friends in the pageant organization.”
At the time, neither Hudson nor Sapini responded publicly. Hudson’s recent post marks the first time the issue has been addressed directly-signaling that the wounds from that encounter may still be open.
A relationship still making headlines
Bill Belichick and Linda Holliday were together from 2007 until their split in 2022. Shortly afterward, the former New England Patriots coach reconnected with Hudson, whom he had met on a 2021 flight. Since then, their relationship has continued to draw media attention and stir gossip in elite social circles.
So far, Holliday and her representatives have made no comment on Hudson’s post. However, given the history, another public clash between the two women may not be far off.
