“Ele teve a humildade, depois da vitória contra o Chelsea, de criar uma prateleira. Ele disse que tem oito times que foram a primeira prateleira. Tem dois da Espanha, dois da Alemanha, um da Itália e um da França… na Premier League tem pelo menos quatro. (Ele falou) que os times brasileiros, hoje, seriam muito fortes em uma segunda prateleira. Ele tem um inglês e o espanhol perfeito, foi muito bonita a entrevista dele.”, externou.
Potencial do Flamengo
Em outro debate do programa, Galvão Bueno ressaltou o potencial de Flamengo e Palmeiras fora da Europa. Segundo o narrador, os títulos nacionais de Portugal, Holanda e Itália, mesmo com Milan e Inter de Milão como concorrentes, seriam acessíveis aos dois clubes mais fortes do Brasil nos últimos anos.
“Meu filho Cacá Bueno, torcedor do Fluminense, fez uma colocação que eu comecei a pensar. Ele chegou a dizer que Flamengo e Palmeiras, que vem dominando o futebol brasileiro, seriam campeões em Portugal e Holanda. Eu concordo com ele e vou aumentar isso aqui.
