André Rizek trouxe informações daquela que pode ser a escalação do Botafogo para encarar o Palmeiras, sábado (28), às 13h (de Brasília), na Filadélfia, pela partida das oitavas de final da Copa do Mundo de Clubes. No programa “Tá na Área“, do SporTV, o jornalista não carimbou que esta será a formação adotada, mas assegurou que Renato Paiva treinou com estes jogadores. Vale lembrar que o técnico português não poderá contar com o volante Gregore, que cumpre suspensão pelo acúmulo de cartões.
“A informação que tenho é que, no treino fechado desta quinta, o Renato Paiva treinou o time desse jeito mesmo, com Alex Telles e Cuiabano dobrando pela esquerda. Ele pode ter outros planos, pode fazer outro treinamento, pode mudar de ideia? É claro. Pode ter um lado esquerdo mais reforçado com a entrada de Cuiabano ao lado de Alex Telles“, disse o profissional.
Torcedores analisam ‘dobra de laterais’ do Botafogo
Alguns torcedores, porém, não digeriram da melhor forma a ideia de Paiva para encarar o Palmeiras. Segundo estes, o rival paulista não tem a mesma qualidade do Paris Saint-Germain, o que não explica um esquema tático tão precavido. No duelo com os franceses, a estratégia de reforçar o meio-campo e apostar nos contra-ataques deu certo.
Como sugestão, os botafoguense pediram a entrada de Montoro ou Santiago Rodríguez. Outra alternativa para a torcida seria Arthur Cabral como camisa 9 enfiado entre os zagueiros e apoiado por Igor Jesus como um segundo atacante.
Ausência de Gregore preocupa
Principal marcador do Botafogo, Gregore é desfalque importante no time carioca. Sem ele, fica a dúvida do primeiro volante escolhido por Paiva. A tendência é que Allan e Marlon sejam os primeiros homens do meio-campo, optando por um 4-4-2.
