El Frigoríficos del Morrazo solicitó al Comité Nacional de Competición de la Federación Española de Balonmano (RFEBM) la repetición del último minuto y 22 segundos del partido del pasado domingo ante el Bidasoa por lo que considera una “grave vulneración de las reglas del juego” por una infracción cometida por el Delegado Federativo.
Los hechos sucedieron en el minuto 58:38, cuando el marcador reflejaba 28-30 a favor del equipo irundarra, que acabó venciendo por 30-31 al cuadro dirigido por Nacho Moyano. En su comunicado, el Frigoríficos denuncia que mientras el equipo visitante estaba con el balón en su posesión, el Delegado Federativo de este encuentro, D. José Carlos de Castro, “tomó la iniciativa de solicitar un tiempo muerto sin que dicha solicitud fuera realizada de manera oficial por el entrenador del equipo rival”.
Este hecho -detalla la entidad presidida por Alberto González- se produjo “en un momento clave” del duelo porque los colegiados habían señalado falta en ataque del pivote chileno del Bidasoa, Esteban Salinas, a favor del Frigoríficos.
“Tras el pitido de los colegiados, y sin que el entrenador del CD Bidasoa Irún hubiese depositado la tarjeta tal y como marca la reglamentación en relación a los Tiempos Muertos, el Delegado Federativo optó por solicitar el tiempo muerto al equipo visitante, lo que provocó una situación de desconcierto y alteración del desarrollo del juego en una fase crucial del partido”, apunta el club gallego.
El Frigoríficos considera “especialmente grave” que el Delegado Federativo del encuentro haya admitido públicamente estos hechos, siendo él quien tomó la tarjeta de tiempo muerto “de las manos” del entrenador del Bidasoa Irún, Álex Mozas, cuando éste “no hizo gesto alguno de solicitar el tiempo muerto, ni como marca la reglamentación, depositando la tarjeta en la mesa delante del cronometrador”.
“Es más, el delegado de campo observa en ese momento cómo el entrenador del equipo visitante se gira hacia su ayudante para preguntarle si pide el tiempo muerto. Esta acción no solo es irregular, sino que además altera la equidad del encuentro y genera un perjuicio claro al equipo local”, denuncia el club cangués.
Tercera ocasión que el Frigoríficos del Morrazo se siente “perjudicado” por el mismo delegado federativo
El Frigoríficos del Morrazo, además, recuerda que este hecho “por desgracia” no es algo aislado porque es la tercera ocasión en la que se siente “claramente perjudicado” por las actuaciones del mismo Delegado Federativo. Las dos anteriores fueron en el partido de la temporada 2019-20 que le enfrentó al BM Guadalajara y el del curso 2022-23 contra el Club Balonmano Sinfín.
“En el primero de los casos, sí se tomó la decisión de rearbitrar el encuentro una vez finalizado tras demostrarse que fue un error ajeno a la dirección arbitral de los dos colegiados, por lo que entendemos que en ese caso se ha sentado un precedente”, considera la junta directiva que preside Alberto González.
Además de la reanudación del partido, la directiva del Frigoríficos también solicita que D. José Carlos de Castro “no vuelva a ejercer las funciones de Delegado Federativo en ninguna competición oficial” que sea disputada por su equipo en el pabellón municipal de O Gatañal.
