„Mám radost, jak to dopadlo. Poděkoval jsem mu. Mám k němu obrovský respekt jako k fotbalistovi i jako člověku. Ani nevím, jestli mi bude chybět víc v sestavě nebo tím, jak působil v kabině, mimo hřiště a jak se choval ke všem lidem,“ podotkl slávistický trenér Jindřich Trpišovský.

Diouf se musel rozloučit rychle. Kapitán Jan Bořil ho při děkovačce postrčil před nabitou tribunu Sever a celý stadion odcházejícímu hráči mohutně tleskal. Diouf s fandy párkrát zvedl ruce nad hlavu, plácl si nebo se objal se spoluhráči a členy realizačního týmu, pozdravil tribuny a zacloumal s červenobílým dresem, který měl na sobě. Minimálně na nějaký čas naposledy.

Přestup senegalského reprezentanta do West Hamu je dohodnutý, Slavia akceptovala nabídku Kladivářů. Ta by v základní sazbě činit 22 milionů eur (550 milionů korun), s bonusy se může celková suma přehoupnut přes 25 milionů eur (625 milionů korun). Jde o největší transfer z české ligy.

El Hadji Malick Diouf se loučí s fanoušky Slavie.

„V hlavě jsem měl, že tu nebude, byl jsem s tím smířený. Byla to otázka dnů. Vedení odvedlo skvělou práci, že klub dostal, co chtěl. Malick stál z osobních důvodů hodně o to, aby vyšel Londýn. Jsme rádi, že je jasno. Je inspirací pro ostatní. Už v minulosti jsem řekl, že pro něj je ideální klub Liverpool. Doufám, že tohle je pro něj jen mezikrok. Potenciál má brutální, má na to, aby se dostal do některého z top šesti klubů v anglické lize,“ uvedl Trpišovský.

Diouf míří do anglického týmu, kde působí i bývalý slávistický záložník Tomáš Souček. „Nějaký kontakt Tomáše s lidmi z klubu proběhl, například s Houšťou (asistentem Zdeňkem Houšteckým – pozn. aut.),“ přiznal Trpišovský.

„Je to skvělý příběh. Všichni v klubu mu to přejeme, protože je to skvělý kluk. Tenhle přestup si zaslouží. Osobně mu přeji, ať se mu daří a ať se chytí, aby to byla ukázka, že takové příběhy tu mohou být. Slavia už patří mezi velké kluby a takové přestupy se mohou dít. Všichni hráči by si z toho měli vzít příklad a jít cestou jako on,“ podotkl slávistický útočník Vasil Kušej.

Diouf je v tomto kalendářním roce už druhým hráčem, který odchází ze Slavie do anglické Premier League. V zimě koupil Tottenham brankáře Antonína Kinského. „Je skvělé, aby dva hráči z jednoho týmu odešli do Premier League. Možná je to i naším stylem fotbalu,“ zapřemítal Trpišovský.

Sešívaní aktuálně přicházejí o borce, jenž v minulé sezoně zazářil. Sedmi góly a třemi asistencemi v lize přispěl k mistrovskému titulu. Držel si vysokou výkonnost. Jak Trpišovský mezeru po něm zacelí? Jedničkou na post levého wingbeka je v tuhle chvíli stejně jako při Dioufově jarní absenci Ondřej Zmrzlý.

Dominik Javorček, jenž v létě přišel ze Žiliny, utrpěl v přípravě vážné zranění kolena a bude dlouhé měsíce mimo hru. Alternativu může představovat i Youssoupha Sanyang, který v létě do Edenu přestoupil ze švédského Östers, ale dosud byl zvyklý hrát na ofenzivnější pozici. „Proti Drážďanům jsme ho vyzkoušeli, ale je k tomu hodně daleko. Zatím ne,“ řekl kouč sešívaných.

Trpišovský už v pátek naznačil, že řešení by mohlo představovat i vytažení mladého Liberijce Emmanuela Fullyho z druholigového béčka. „V béčku to bylo někdy střídavě oblačno, ale překvapil nás. Vybojoval si pozici, kdy nás hodně překvapil tím, kam až je schopný zajít. Jde na hranu, má silné morální vlastnosti. Během soustředění udělal obrovský progres v obranném postavení na hřišti, dokázal nasát základní věci. Je součástí áčka,“ zmínil Trpišovský.

Má podle svých slov i nouzové varianty na krátkou dobu. To je případ Michala Sadílka, Oscara nebo Jana Bořila. „Budeme se ještě rozhlížet na trhu, ale teď není nic konkrétního nebo něco, na čem bychom pracovali. Musíme si poradit s kádrem, který máme,“ zakončil to Trpišovský.
