Over 45 games started in MLB, Skenes has an astonishing 1.89 ERA. This season, he leads the league in ERA with 1.83 and was honored with the privilege of starting this year’s All-Star Game, a testament to his immediate and overwhelming impact.
According to FanDuel Sportsbook, Paul Skenes is the overwhelming favorite to win the National League Cy Young Award, with odds of -180, even ahead of pitchers such as Zack Wheeler of the Philadelphia Phillies.
